Half Hog
As noted above, our hogs are processed at approximately 300 lbs., with a half hog being approximately 95-110 lbs. hanging weight.
You'll pay per lb. based on hanging weight, plus butcher fees.
THR will facilitate the contact between you and the butcher.

Whole Hog
Our are hogs are raised to approximately 300 lbs, and once processed 190-220 lbs. hanging weight.
You'll pay per lb. based on hanging weight, plus butcher fees.
