Ramen on the Ranch

Thompson Heritage Ranch and Kijitora Ramen are bringing you Ramen on the Ranch. Utilizing chicken from our partner Land & Feast, as well as THR pork, Kijitora Ramen is serving up scratch-made, small batch ramen. Guests will delight in two half servings of ramen, as well as take a tour of THR with Ty.

Land & Feast Heritage Breed Chicken Ramen

Sake Kasu marinated/honey roasted THR Berkshire shoulder chashu, L&F Ajitama, fried shallots and green onions.

Seasonal Salad

Organic vegetables with housemade sesame and soy sauce vinagrette.

Thompson Heritage Ranch Pork Ramen

Sake Kasu marinated THR Berkshire and Duroc pork belly chashu pieces, wok fried bean sprouts, menma, and green onions.
